This black tea is processed in the gongfu style. The word gongfu translates to doing something "with skill". Gongfu black tea processing involves a lengthy withering and oxidation process designed to bring out the most in the leaf, and this tea does not disappoint!
Medium-bodied with notes of honey, rose and malt, and a sweet lasting finish.
Feels Like: Watching grey clouds roll in while rain starts to gently fall.
Brewing Instructions: 3g tea to 12oz water at 195F. Steep for 5-7 minutes and enjoy :)
