How to Make a Gallon of Iced Tea

Here’s our best recipe for creating a whole gallon of tea for your next party or gathering!
Loose leaf tea will give you a special edge at your next event as an alternative (or in addition to) coffee.
What you need:
1.5oz bag tea of choice (any of our loose leaf teas!)
60 oz (7.5 cups) boiling water
60 oz (7.5 cups) ice water (lots of ice!)
How to do it:
-
Bring a large pot of 60oz of water to a boil on the stove, add your tea leaves, then remove from heat and cover.
-
Allow tea to steep for about 5 mins, then strain the leaves from the brewed tea concentrate into your gallon size container.
-
If using sweetener, stir the sugar into the tea concentrate while hot.
-
Add the ice water and stir to combine.
-
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week!
