How to Make a Gallon of Iced Tea

Here’s our best recipe for creating a whole gallon of tea for your next party or gathering!

Loose leaf tea will give you a special edge at your next event as an alternative (or in addition to) coffee.

What you need:

1.5oz bag tea of choice (any of our loose leaf teas!)

60 oz (7.5 cups) boiling water

60 oz (7.5 cups) ice water (lots of ice!)

How to do it:

  1. Bring a large pot of 60oz of water to a boil on the stove, add your tea leaves, then remove from heat and cover.

  2. Allow tea to steep for about 5 mins, then strain the leaves from the brewed tea concentrate into your gallon size container.

  3. If using sweetener, stir the sugar into the tea concentrate while hot.

  4. Add the ice water and stir to combine.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week!
