Ingredients needed:
1/2 tsp Matcha
Filtered water
1Tbsp Vanilla syrup
Ice
Grapefruit Sparkling Water
Fresh Mint Leaves
Grapefruit for garnish
Instructions:
1. In an electric kettle, or stovetop, heat your water to 175°F (bubbles will just be forming on the bottom of the pot).
2. Scoop a 1/2 tsp matcha into a small bowl, add 4oz of the hot water, and whisk vigorously until foamy, using W motions.
3. Fill a glass with ice, mint leaves, and 1 tbsp vanilla syrup. Add grapefruit sparkling water until the glass is 3/4 of the way full. Stir to incorporate.
4. Top with the brewed matcha and a squeeze of grapefruit juice. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge if desired. Enjoy! :)
